Propper EO Chex™ Ethylene Oxide Indicator Tape provides a clear distinction between packages sterilized in ethylene oxide (EO|EtO) gas and those that haven’t undergone the sterilization process. Its innovative design uses pink stripes. These stripes turn a distinct orange-brown after a successful EO sterilization cycle. This offers immediate and reliable confirmation of processing. The tape has an even ink coating. Its consistent color change ensures accurate sterilization monitoring results every time.

You can confidently use EO Chex™ to monitor cycles at various temperatures and concentrations. This includes 38°C and 54-55°C. It works with EO concentrations of 600 mg/L, 736 mg/L, and 759 mg/L. For best results, ensure relative humidity (RH) is 40% or higher.

Record-keeping is simple and reliable with EO Chex™ indicator tape. Its stable color change lets you store the tape for documentation after processing. The color change is stable. However, excessive humidity or prolonged light exposure may degrade the color over time.

EO Chex™ Ethylene Oxide Indicator Tape offers more than a clear indication. It boasts a strong adhesive. This ensures secure bonding to many surfaces. It adheres firmly to fabric, non-woven wraps, paper, metal, or glass. It stays put throughout sterilization. Plus, it’s designed for easy, clean removal. It leaves no residue. You can also write directly on the tape. Or, apply pre-printed labels for convenience.
