Production and Manufacturing
Propper prides itself on manufacturing medical devices in our factory located in Long Island City, NY. If you have a background in operations, production, or manufacturing, this is the team for you.
Human Resources
Human Resources takes care of our greatest asset, our People here at Propper. Focused on employee relations, employee welfare, recruitment, benefits, and development of our employees. We are always open to individuals who are committed to developing and retaining quality employees to maximize our success.
Finance
Do you have a knack for money management? Do you feel joy when you complete a bank reconciliation? If so, you belong on our finance team! Propper Manufacturing’s finance department provides accurate and reliable summaries of financial accounts; as well as ensuring all the departments are on budget.
Sales and Customer Service
Do you love talking to people? Helping customers understand why our products are the best choice. Our inside sales team is responsible for building relationships with customers new and old. Our customer service team responds to customer questions, processes orders, and ensures our customers stay happy!
Marketing
Our marketing department is responsible for creating the face of Propper. They work closely with all of our sales team and distributor partners to help our customers get all the information they need on our products and company. Providing content for advertisements, social media, and education, Marketing creates the public face of Propper every day.
Quality Control
Our Quality Control department is responsible for making sure our products meet and exceed the industry standard as well as Propper’s own high standard. The QC team works closely with production to test and evaluate our products before they are released into the market. If there are any issues during the manufacturing process the QC team will investigate and resolve the problem so that our customers are provided with reliable and consistent products.
Regulatory Affairs
Our Regulatory Affairs / Quality Assurance Department focuses on ensuring that Propper adheres to all applicable regulatory guidelines and policies, both domestic and international. We pay close attention to detail, organization, and communication, and we implement critical thinking throughout all our daily functions. If you have an interest in Regulatory Affairs, this is the place for you!
