Warranty and Limitation of Liability:
Propper Manufacturing Company expressly warrants that the products shall be free
of imperfections and defects in manufacturing for a period of one year from date
of shipment unless a longer warrantly period is specified in an authorized published
description of Propper products. If any defects appear within that time, Propper
shall, at it's option, either repair or replace the defective product provided that
the product has not been subjected to abnormal use, storage, or servicing. This
warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including
the warranties of merchantability and fitness. In addition, Propper shall not be
liable for incidental or consequential damages which may result from the use of
the product by itself or in conjunction with any other products, or the incorporation
of the product into any other products, or for any breach of contract by sale of
this product.
Repair Policy:
Instruments for repair should be returned directly to Propper Manufacturing Company,
36-04 Skillman Ave., Long Island City, NY 11101 Attention: Repair Department. Enclose
a packing slip and include a brief statement as to what needs to be repaired, as
well as company name, address, individual name, telephone number and state if you
require an estimate before repairs are made.
