Any return of merchandise without written autorizations from Propper Sales Administration
Department will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense.
Requests for returning products must be mailed or faxed to Propper's Sales Administration
Coordinator. The request must be made within 60 days of the invoice date and should
include: (1) Propper Invoice Number and Invoice Date; (2) Reorder Number and description
of item being returned; (3) Quantity and unit of measure of the item to be returned;
(4) Specific reason for return; (5) Distributor's P.O. Number. Upon receipt of the
above information, the request will be reviewed and the distributor notified as
to disposition. If goods are accepted for return, the distributor will be forwarded
a written notice, documented with a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA No.).
This number must be marked on all shipping labels for goods returned to Propper.
All merchandise must be returned within thirty days of the RGA approval date, properly
packed and containing a packing slip marked with the RGA Number. The products and
quantities returned must be in accordance with those specified on the Return Goods
Authorization. Any additional products and / or quantities require a separate written
request which will be processed in accordance with the Return Goods Policy.

Requests made after 60 days of date of invoice are generally denied or subject to
a 60% handling charge. Items in the following classifications are not acceptable
for return: discontinued products, products in obsolete packaging, items made to
a special order (including private label), seconds, broken cases, items passed expiration
date, sterilized items, slides and cover glass after 120 days. Defective merchandise
is subject to Propper's Warranty and Limitation of Liability Statement (see below).
Full credit / replacement will be made on all verified claims.
